GEW 2019: panel at the UACS Start Up Competition

On 19 November 2019, during Global Entrepreneurship Week North Macedonia (18–24 November), University American College Skopje hosted the UACS Start Up Competition 2019, Ideamakers – Driving Digital Innovation Challenge, powered by Startup Macedonia. Stefan Chichevaliev took part in the panel discussion that opened the competition, a few weeks before the Social Entrepreneurship Observatory was founded.

It was the first of three Global Entrepreneurship Weeks in a row. In 2020 the Observatory hosted its own online event, The Rise of Social Entrepreneurship in North Macedonia, and in 2021 a panel on how the development and impact of social entrepreneurship are measured.
